Argentine Grilled Steak

4 lb sirloin steak,abt 2″ thick
Marinade:
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary(or 1/2 tsp dried rosemary)
1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Sauce:
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
2 tbs olive oil
1/3 cup water
3 tbs store-bought steak sauce
2 tbs red wine
1/4 tsp paprika
Methods:
1. Trim steak of fat.Marinate in mixture of wine,vinegar,oil,rosemary and pepper,one hour,at room temperature,turning two or three times.
2. Heat barbecue.Remove steak from marinade and salt to taste.Grill steak over medium-high heat until done - about 8 minutes on each side for medium.Let sit five minutes and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
For sauce, slice mushrooms and saute in the oil until tender.Add remaining ingredients to pan and reduce about 3 minutes. Serve hot with sliced steak.
