4 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
1 Teaspoon of salt
Directions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in the water at a room temperature 80F
2. Add the flour
3. Knead for 10 min until the mix is thick and sticky
4. Let the mix rise for 1 hour and 45 min
5. Work the mix with your fingers, push it down.
6. Let it rise for another 45min
7. Form rolls of bread, slice a hole along the top.
8. Cook at 450-480F for 20min or until ready.
